A US dental group that wanted to feel like self-care, not a procedure. We borrowed from fashion instead of medicine: warmer colour, confident type, culturally relevant art direction. The dentist, repositioned - from something to fear into part of looking after yourself. Patients feel the difference before they're in the chair.
